Dear Visitor,

The following Mastiff came into Southern States Mastiff Rescue:

Bindi (GA) - Available

State : GA
Description :

Callisto Bindi Rose AKA Bindi is an AKC certified owner surrender. She was surrendered originally to a shelter where she was very scared until she came to her foster home in GA. She was professionally temperament tested at the shelter and passed. The shelter also tested her around dogs and cats and she did well.

She just turned one January 27th! She is still very young and actively learning. Right now she will sit and shake for a treat. She is good on a leash but still needs more practice dealing with distractions, she will try to pull to investigate but quickly corrects. Other dogs don’t bother her and she is gentle around the three children in her foster home. Bindi is already crate trained and housebroken. She will play outside as long as she is with her human. Otherwise, she will go outside to use the restroom and let you know when she is done. Bindi prefers to be by your side or in her crate. Since she is still a young girl, she likes to investigate and chew on things. So, she goes in her crate when we can’t be with her (she really loves her crate). Bindi still gets startled by unexpected loud noises and hugs up to you. She really LOVES food but is not aggressive about it she will let her foster mom do whatever she wants with her food while she is eating.

Bindi is a great girl with an awesome temperament. She is looking for someone to spend time with her and help her grow to be part of the family.
