Darby (TN) - Available

State : TN
Description :

“A clever and sensible girl”

Darby is an adorable little girl who needs a forever home. Darby is 11 months old and ready to learn the ins and outs of being an awesome dog.  She has tons of energy and curiosity which can make life interesting when mixed with a bit of a mischievous streak. Darby is a sensible clever girl who has been working hard to overcome a lack of training and socialization in her early months. Darby has lived with children aged from 1 to 10 and her reactions are calm and sensible. Not only can she tire the kids out playing, when she’s done she’s a great nap partner! Whether or not your family includes small humans, Darby has already learned to keep an eye on her people and wants to be part of the family. Darby is responsive to direction and structure and needs a home with someone experienced with young Mastiffs that will help her learn (and remember) her manners and boundaries so she can fulfill the amazing amount of potential she's already shown.

Bob (AL) - Available

State : AL
Description :

Meet Bob:

"If I had room he would be mine"It’s not often that someone work

ing in an animal shelter lets themselves fall in love with a dog, but Bob is a special kind of guy.  Bob was found wandering as a stray in Alabama.  He is in excellent physical condition and has a very sweet goofy temperament, so we believe he spent the first part of his life in a home. Bob is a young dog, most likely 18 months old or younger and is not yet neutered. Based on initial observations he is an easy going charmer who loves people. Bob is young so he will need a home with a firm confident leader to help him finish developing into the awesome dog that he can be. If you think Bob sounds like the guy for you please fill out an adoption form for him and submit it to SSMR.
