Meet Soloman Smith. He is one of our latest happy ending stories! Here is his story:
My name is Solomon Smith.
Thanks to the wonderful folks with Southern States Mastiff Rescue, I am now very happy.
I was captured by Memphis Animal Control and placed in a small, cramped concrete run for about 1 week. I was very underweight and no one came to claim me.
I remembered cold, echo-y nites. I didn't eat much....just wanted my life to be over. You can see my "eyes" ...I was so sad and confused. The picture of me in the middle where I am so skinny is how I looked in the shelter.
Until one day....these "Rescue" folks saw me.
Now, I am in my forever home with David and Ty and a whole bunch of other dog friends!.
The photo of me lying down on the deck shows me at my forever home, with space, peace , security -for me and my new family, and comfort.
My favorite photo is of me and my dad, David, having our daily chat of how much we love each other.
I am happy, and also forever grateful to Southern States Mastiff Rescue for their assistance and guidance. And I send a special "ruffff" to Alma for all her kindness and efforts.
